Tebogo Leepile has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry and educational sector as a registered Industrial Psychologist

Her experience spans across mining and non -profit organization with areas of expertise ranging from sustainability, socio-economic development, social and labour plan, stakeholder engagement, enterprise and supplier development, corporate social responsibility, human capital to community strategy.

She is currently appointed as a Group Manager Social Impact in Exxaro, prior to the role she worked as a Community Development Manager, her achievements are but not limited to: developing and implementing the Social Impact Strategy, contributed towards the company achieving BBBEE Level 2, implemented Key Account Management (KAM) Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and consistently managed compliance reports successfully. She has a proven track record in delivering integrated business solutions across the social performance and transformation value chain.

She served in various senior roles in Exxaro operations where she contributed to various strategic mining related projects and planning and execution. She is passionate about ESG, especially social impact projects which aim to improve the livehoods of our communities and secure social licence to operate. She has led stakeholder engagements dialogues and collaborative platforms and meticulously demonstrated the tangible social dividend of social projects. She is a strong advocate of the transformative agenda.
