Driving sustainable investment in African Mining

Sihle has experience in investor engagement and stakeholder relations, having joined Brunswick in 2018. She is a member of Brunswick South Africa’s regulatory and public affairs practice, advising clients on the country's political and regulatory environment, particularly at critical inflection points that can significantly impact clients' public-private partnerships and the overall operating environment. Operating as a project manager, she has also executed Brunswick’s 2022 & 2023 Young Leaders in Mining Programme at the annual Mining Indaba in Cape Town.

Sihle attended Rhodes University and attained a Bachelor of Social Science degree, majoring in Economics, International Relations and Political Studies. She went on to complete her post-graduate studies in Business Management.
