Simon Rollason

Director Aterian PLC

Simon is a geologist with over 30 years of international experience developing and building projects and companies with a solid background in management, having served as an executive director with several London Stock Exchange-listed companies. Over the past few years working with Aterian plc, Simon has established several joint ventures and working partnerships in Rwanda. During his career, he has gained broad corporate exposure, ranging from working with multinationals to junior and start-up companies in varied and diversified geological and geographic working environments, often in remote and harsh climatic conditions. He has a strong operational background in Africa and within the CIS. During his early career, he worked in both open pit and underground mining environments, managed surface and underground exploration on greenfield & brownfield projects through to producing assets.
