Gerhard Bolt holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in climate change, sustainability and decarbonisation. He has worked extensively on the development of energy efficiency solutions, energy financing and comprehensive energy and carbon strategies for multinational companies in various heavy industries, including mining, forestry, power and utilities. He is a certified carbon footprint analyst, Measurement and Verification Professional, and Solar PV feasibility assessor.
