Executive VP, Base Metals & New Minerals BU Saudi Arabian Mining Company ( MA’ADEN )

Duncan Bradford joined Ma’aden as Senior Vice President for Ma’aden’s Gold and Base Metals Business Unit in May 2022. He was shortly appointed as Executive Vice President for the rebranded Base Metals & New Minerals BU in September 2022.
Prior joining Ma’aden, Duncan held the position of General Manager, overseeing operations in the Cortez and Carlin mining districts at Nevada Gold Mines. He also contributed his expertise to the Ma’aden Barrick Copper Company, where he worked at the Jabal Sayid Copper Mine in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Duncan served as the Managing Director for Byrnecut Offshore Underground Mining Contractors.
With over three decades of operational mining experience, Duncan has developed his leadership skills in large-scale mining operations across the globe, covering underground and open-pit mining in Africa, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
Duncan's holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from the University of Queensland, complemented by a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
