Bokang Kelepa is a Mining Engineer with over 18 years’ experience in the mining industry. He founded and runs Baletsema Mining Services which has a footprint in multiple mining commodities offering various mining services including contract mining, mining consulting and mining and engineering supplies. He founded the 4IR in mining seminar which looks at the latest trends taking place in the industry and on how they can be of benefit to various mining houses. He believes that all the changes can be of benefit to the industry provided there is a multi-stakeholder approach. In all the interventions that come about we should not forget to integrate from the beginning to end instead of only considering single point solutions.
