We can assist you with your executive search (Board Members, CEO, CFO, COO, Country Manager, GM, Exploration Manager, Project Manager) and with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) if you need to outsource the management of your recruitment function for a few hours to a few days a week.
We conduct an exhaustive review and/or develop bespoken Human Resources Management Plans aligned with operational requirements and IFC Labour Standards.
We also organise your translation needs for technical and legal documents between English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
