Sustainable Development

Sustainable development through mining has become both a key challenge and a primary objective for investors, policy-makers and miners alike in Africa. In collaboration with African Development Bank, African Minerals Development Centre, African Union Commission, ICMM, Mining Dialogues 360⁰, UNECA and the World Bank Group, the Sustainable Development agenda will include a series of interactive discussions on the most critical social and economic issues facing both mining companies and the associated investment community. This focused stream will feature during the morning of Thursday 11 February.
