MINING INDABA® YOUNG LEADERS CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Attracting the right skill set to the mining sector as the industry recovers continues to be difficult. As the industry moves forward with mechanisation, automation and digitisation becoming prevalent, the required skills and experiences of graduates entering the sector, are changing.

To meet this, working in partnership with Brunswick and other key companies, 2017 Investing in African Mining Indaba hosted their 2nd Annual Young Leaders Career Development Programme.
