A dynamic, practised and immensely effective Entrepreneur and Senior Management Professional with seven years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur. Four years as Country Director of WEConnect International in South Africa, identifying, registering and certifying women business owners (WBOs) then introducing them to global corporates & markets. Supporting a network of over 1 200 WBOs with training, matchmaking & collaboration sessions.
Prior to this, she had nine years’ senior management experience in the mining sector across Africa, leading on Stakeholder Management & Corporate Communications. Twelve years in middle-to-senior Communications Management in Telecoms and Science & Technology, with qualifications, leadership training and global network that complements the senior-level experience. Coaching and mentoring professionals for over 12 years: development of individuals; building careers and leaders.

Stepped down as Chair for JA Africa 1st June 2019; Mining Dialogue 360 Advisory Council Member (South Africa); Past Non-Executive Director, Blendwell Chemicals.
