With over 20 years of experience in the mining and metals industry gained at inter alia, Vedanta Zinc International, Rio Tinto and De Beers, I have developed strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, international dispute resolution, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory. I hold an MBA (Financial Management) Cum Laude from the Business School of the University of Stellenbosch, as well as a B. Comm. (Law) and LLB from Stellenbosch University. I have been recognized as the General Counsel of the Year 2023 by The African Legal Awards, and I have been featured in The Legal 500 General Counsel Power List
