Denver Dreyer is a vibrant executive with 20+ years of strategic business development and operational experience in the chemicals, infrastructure, power and hydrocarbons sectors in sub-Saharan Africa. Denver completed a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town in 1997.
In 2006 Denver joined Kwezi V3 Engineers as an electrical engineer, which was acquired by WorleyParsons RSA in 2011. He has held a number of roles at WorleyParsons RSA including the Customer Sector Group Manager: Minerals & Metals and Chief Operations Officer before being appointed as the CEO in April 2016.
Denver is currently the Senior Vice President MM&M EMEA for Worley (previously WorleyParsons) and is responsible for Mining, Minerals & Metals for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He is passionate about the meaningful and sustainable transformation of engineering in South Africa and is part of a team that shares this same commitment within Worley. Denver is also at the forefront of driving digital transformation in the industry.
Denver is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa, and is a member of the Institute of Directors, and the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers.
