*Only sponsors will have access to the Exhibition Floor during Set-Up Hours. Non-Sponsor delegates are not permitted on the floor during these hours. Please be sure to notify your guests and clients that will not be able to meet you at your stand during t these hours. Sponsors must have a badge for entrance during set-up hours. If an outside contractor or vendor other than a registered delegate needs access to your stand during set up or regular show hours they will be issued a temporary wristband available at on-site registration. All freight should be through the docks/marshaling yard. |
