On-Site Delegate Advisory

The 2013 Investing in African Mining Indaba attracted more than 7,800 mining professionals and investors from all continents of the world. This impressive growth has necessitated a different approach to some aspects of event execution, access, accreditation and security.

With the event now utilising the entire CTICC access into the convention center can only be granted to people with a valid 2014 Mining Indaba accreditation/badge. This initiative is designed to offer Mining Indaba delegates, speakers, Ministers, sponsors/ and exhibitors and members of the press a more pleasant conference experience, with less pressure on space and easier movement inside the CTICC and a secure event environment. As part of this change, on-site registration for 2014 participants will be handled through a controlled entrance where delegates can get their accreditation/badge and then be free to enter and exit through any of the normal CTICC entrances. Registered delegates will receive additional notifications leading up to the event.
